Couldn’t speak more highly of the resort. Rustic setting but with all the amenities of the modern life, superb location, memorable dining with local ingredients and technique worthy of the best restaurants in the capital, very helpful bilingual staff. Will be certainly back

Hotel in a quiet secluded area close to nature

Furano Shiyurin is a boutique hotel in a quiet area which I think is only accessible if you drive. As it gets very dark early during autumn/winter, it is advisable to arrive before dusk as you have to drive through winding mountain road to get there. Room is big and clean. However besides the onsen, there is really nothing much to do at night as the hotel is in forested area. Dinner is a simple Western Jap fusion food and breakfast was ok. Outdoor onsen is good and looks out into the forest. Staff comprehends and speaks very little English but are generally helpful. You have to carry your luggage up a flight of steps from parking area to hotel lobby but the staff saw us arriving and helped us. There is mo elevator so ask for rooms on the ground level.

Overall an excellent stay

It was a family trip for a 2 night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clearn and comfortable just the air conditioning was on the weak side. The breakfast and dinner were very good, though it would be perfect if it could have abit more variety.

The hotel is beautiful. It's a small facility, secluded up in the mountains above Furano. The setting is relaxing. There are separate onsen for men and women. Because the hotel is small, when we went to the onsen we were the only ones there. The water temperature was perfect. Our room was larger than I expected, and comfortably fit our family of five. The room included a small kitchen and a stocked bar which was included in the price. We took a walk on the hiking trail around the grounds, and the scenery was very picturesque. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel located in mountain area therefore very quiet and you can forget about busy city life. Dinner was course meal and it was very delicious. They have selection of alcohol to match your meal as well.

It was amazing. The service was good. Onsen is enjoyable. Thank you Mr Hidemi Gyoten for your attentiveness. We saw foxes and deer close to the hotel. The food was amazing too.

口コミでは評価が高かったこの旅館。このエリアでは、料金も比較的高めであったこともあり、期待していました。彼女と二人で1泊しました。 1 外観などの第1印象山の中にひっそり建っていましたが、思惟林との看板があったため、難なく見つけることができました。ただ、外観の雰囲気は少し大きめの古びた一軒家という感じで、本当に値段高めの旅館かな？というもの。営業をしている雰囲気でもなかったため、一人で車を降りて分かりにくいエントランスまでいってみると、スタッフの方が対応してくれました。外観は値段に相応しいものではなく、ちょっと期待外れでした。 2 旅館内部内部もどちらかというと、昔ながらの温泉旅館という感じで、高めの旅館とは程遠かったです。受付付近や食事をするスペースも特に高級感はなかったです。 3 部屋スタンダードツインの部屋に泊まりました。入った瞬間、部屋を間違えたのでは？と思うくらいに期待外れでした笑わかりやすく言えば、ビジネスホテルのツインベットの部屋です。テーブルも椅子もありませんでした。お風呂はシャワー室だけでした。彼女が言ってましたが、化粧できるのは洗面台しかなく、しかもそこには椅子もない。それ以外に鏡がなかったため困ったようです。あと、夜は少し寒かったためエアコンを入れましたがあまり効かず寒かったです。 4 お風呂お風呂は共用の露天風呂がありました。あまり広くはありませんでしたが、清潔感はありました。この地域の温泉水の性質なのかもしれませんがものすごくサビ臭かったです。残念だったのが日が変わっても、男性風呂と女性風呂の入れ替わりがなかったこと。そのため写真で示されている露天風呂(湯船が2つあるほう)に入ることはできませんでした。 5 食事食事はとても美味しかったです。夕食はフレンチでした。途中でミニフランスパンが提供されましたがそれを完食後に｢もう一ついかがですか？｣などの声掛けもなく、それがあればなおよかったです。 6 ロケーション山奥にあるため、コンビニやスーパーなどのお店は近くにはありません。旅館内には飲み物の自販機しかないため、お菓子やおつまみなどは事前に買ってきた方がいいです。 7 星空曇っていたため、星空は眺めることができませんでした。 8 やることがない笑旅館に到着して早々、テレビが映らなくなりました。スタッフの方に尋ねたらアンテナの問題らしく、全部屋テレビが映らなかったらしいです。いつ直るのかと待っていたら結局翌朝になっても映らないままでした。おつまみなどの食べ物もなく、いつまで待ってもテレビも見れず、やることがないまま、旅館を早めにチェックアウトしました。このご時世でテレビが映らないということはあるのでしょうか？たまたまその日に当たっただけなのでしょうか？ここは推測ですが、日常的に映らないことがあるのではないでしょうか？スタッフの方からは、すみません、と言われただけで修繕するなどの努力の姿勢は全く見られず非常に不愉快でした。 9 総括テレビが映らないという問題がなくても、この料金は明らかに高すぎると思います。2人で2~3万円が相場なのではないかと思いました。料金が高めだったので、それ相応のことを期待して予約しましたが本当に期待外れでした。ちょっと高めの旅館を予約したのに、こんな思いをすることになった宿泊者の気持ちをわかって欲しいです。

高級ホテル並みの料金と、星野リゾートを思わせるような施設の説明に、期待して行きましたが、ホテルの建物は、まるでスキー場にある古い旅館といったところで、ここのはずはない！と思わず叫びました。後から来た旅行客もここのはずはない！といった風で、通りすぎてから戻ってきていました。裏庭に通じる道に、足元を照らす明かりがあったので期待して上っていったら、他の部屋の中が丸見えで、裏庭ではなく、ホテルの裏側の道でもっと上にはなにかあるかと登って行ったら、絶対入りたくないような汚いトイレがあるところがすこしひろばになっており、そこで星を眺めるとあかりがないからいいですよ！という場所のようで、何をもって高級ホテル並みの説明書きと料金設定をしているのか、その自信はなんなのかわからなかった。お風呂のお湯はよかったけれど、施設は全く気を遣ってない古さで、混むと、座るところがなく前のおばあさんたちが、終わるのを湯船で待つしかなく、アメニティがあるわけでもなく、がっかりしました。夕食の肉や野菜などの食材はよいのに、前菜にふんだんに使っていたいくらは、合成のいくらもどきで、皮が硬く、ステーキの肉は美味しいのに、そのステーキソースや前菜のカルパッチョソースなどが既製品を使っており、残念でした。朝食はアスパラだけは地元の野菜らしく美味しかったです。私と主人の誕生日だったので、他の宿よりぐんと高かったけれど、奮発して行きましたが、ほんとに残念でした。その前日に行った富良野で有名なフレンチのお店の人はあそこは高級ホテルですよ❤️と言ってたので期待していたのに値段だけが高級ホテルだったんだと思いました。もちろん料理の味は比べ物にならないほど前日のフレンチの方が美味しかったし、ムードもありました。

落ち着けました。

無駄な装飾がなく、シンプルでインテリアセンスもよく、落ち着けました。泉質は吹上温泉とは違うもので、白金温泉のような感じ。食事は…山の上ですからね、高く望みすぎるのも酷です。野菜サラダの量がちょっと多すぎかな。

깊은 숲속에 조용히 쉬기 좋은 숙소였어요 호텔 사진에 온천 모습이 없길래 살짝 걱정했는데 온천이 좀 실망스러웠네요 그리고 90만원이라는 비싼 금액에 비해 숙소 컨디션이 너무 별로였어요 배게도 불편했고 호텔도 너무 낡았구요 직원들이 친절한 점 저녁식사가 훌륭했다는 점은 좋았어요 근데 일식이 아니라 양식으로 식사가 나와서 일본 료칸을 체험해 보고 싶은 분들은 잘 고려해보셔야 할거같아요

나는 배부른 자연인이다.

시유이린을 찾아가는 길은 구불구불한 산길 이었습니다. 그 와중에 무심코 바라본 차창 밖에는 길 아래에 끝도 없을 정도로 넓게 대수림이 펼쳐져 있었고, 도로 중간중간 사슴과 여우 등 야생동물들을 만나볼 수 있어, 피곤했던 긴 여정을 잠시나마 잊게 할 수 있었습니다. 주차를 하고 짐을 가져가기 위해 계단을 올라야 하는 것은 심한 고역 이었지만, 고즈넉하게 자연과 어우러져 하루를 보내며 참된 의미의 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다.
