The fire alarm was "tested" at 10:34 p.m., after I went to bed.
I had called 2 days prior to my stay, to make sure I could check in early to be on time for a wedding. It did not seem to be a problem on the phone. It was a problem when I checked in. I "had to" become a member of Marriott Bonvoy in order check in early. I would have appreciated this info when I called.
The phone in my room didn't work. I had to call from my cell to contact the desk. Internet worked Saturday evening, but not on Sunday. The remote in my room did not work, so I could only watch the one channel. I would have let the front desk know about the problems, but there was only a sign saying they were helping other guests and would be back as soon as possible on the front desk when I checked out.
I do have to say though, that the room and facilities were very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly.
