It was clean but shabby. Breakfast consisted of 2 yoghurt and 4 apple sauces in the refrigerator at 7:15am and only 2 people in the restaurant. No mile or cereal, 4 pieces of bread and a cup of gravy. They did have the waffle machine working with syrup was working that was it! Another guest came down and left because everything was gone.

No shampoo, no lightbulb in bedside lamp, TV didn’t work. Breakfast consisted of bread and butter. No black tea and the milk was sour. Some shady looking people hanging around parking lot. A very bad hotel experience.

Things were falling apart and the front desk didn't know what rooms had what types of beds in them. Would not recommend until they do a complete overhaul the systems, rooms, and building. It didn't even look like they have vacuumed the hallway in days.

This is the filthiest property I have ever stayed at. The elevator was filthy. The room was disgusting. Carpet not vacuumed, toilet had feces in it, dead bugs on bathroom floor, shower/tub finish was extremely dirty and shower curtain had black mold on it, sink did not have a stopper and was not cleaned, headboard was nailed to the wall, wallpaper was dirty, part of wall finish was missing. It was totally disgusting and should not be allowed to operate until it is properly cleaned. I have photos if you want to see how bad it was.

Furniture in bad shape. Lamps broken. Carpet stained. Wallpaper peeling. Exposed pipes and wiring, missing drywall. No waste paper baskets. Toilet dirty and sink drained slow. Not enough towels in room. Air conditioner stuck on cold or off. I had to ask for a comforter. The hotel was billed as having a breakfast bar. But I could only get a small cup holding about a tablespoon of either orange juice or watered down grape juice. Staff said that breakfast bar had been shut down by the city the day before our stay. The hotel appeared to be under construction. Staff there said that the owners were doing all the work themselves. And that the city had put a stop work order on the work. There was missing drywall and hallways blocked with raw plywood where you could see toilets sitting in that hallway through partial openings. The only thing good about this hotel was that the mattress was comfortable. The elevator was so slow that I was afraid I would get stuck in it. When I got back home, I checked with the bank and I discovered that I had been double billed for this one nights stay. I should have been paid to stay there instead of the other way around. The place should be condemned. Staff was very apologetic.

There was no mention on Travelocity or on any other website that the hotel was under construction. The room smelled damp and of cigarette smoke, we had only one towel for our family to share - and the hotel had none to spare, the door lock was bashed and broken, the phone did not work, the lights were broken and bug filled, there was no refrigerator, we had to re-connect the television behind the heavy armoire ourselves, there was no bath fan cover, no trash can, and no manager on duty to speak to when we checked out.

We were not able to check into this hotel due to the hotel canceling our reservation. However they claimed we canceled the reservation which we did not. We booked through Travelocity which we have done many times begore without any problem.
