Our house is located just 2km from Marathopoli, embraced by olive trees. It faces the Ionian sea and Proti Island!
There is one bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious living room with another double bed and a fireplace, and a bathroom.
Our kitchen is fully-equipped and there is also a private parking. In front of the house there is a big garden with a plenty of flowers. You can make a homemade lemonade every morning!

Absolut Perfekt
Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig in einem Olivenhain in der Nähe von Marthopolis, von der Terrasse hat man einen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr stylisch. Besondere Annehmlichkeiten wie automatische Markisen, Tore und Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmer sind ein weiteres dickes Plus. Größere Städte wie Polos, Filatra und Kyparissa sind gut zu erreichen. Nur 3 Kilometer sind es zum Strand von Lagouvardos, wo man kostenlos auf liegen unter Schirmen liegen kann. Romanos Beach ist auch nicht weit und der Golden Beach bei Pylosist auch einen besuch Wert. In Marathopolis gibt es viele gute Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte, einen Bäcker und eine Tankstelle, also alles was man braucht. Wir können das Haus und auch die Umgebung nur sehr empfehlen.

Bella villetta in ottima posizione.
Casa singola in posizione ottima x visitare le stupende spiagge della costa e le isole (Proti, Sapientza etc). Terrazza ampia con vista mare, parcheggio privato, aria condizionata, casa ben attrezzata e tranquilla.
