Welcome to Adriana Retreat! This modern holiday house is the ideal retreat for families holidaying together. There are 2 identical master bedrooms each with its own ensuite and 3 more bedrooms leading to a separate kids activity room with TV, DVD player, toys and board games.

Nestled away in the Beachridge Estate makes it easy to relax in absolute comfort. With access to the Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips.

Adriana Retreat is furnished. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning to the main living area, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and don't forget the separate kids activity room with TV, DVD player, toys and board games to provide hours of entertainment. Patio with outdoor setting & gas 4 burner BBQ. Large secure yard with side access for boat parking. The laundry has a second fridge (extra space for the daily catch!).

Poorly maintained but good size for 10 people

Design and layout of the house was great! But furniture, pots, pans and kitchen utensils need to be replaced. Place was not properly cleaned and poorly maintained. 5 chairs were unsafe to use - a safety hazard. However property agent were excellent - very helpful an attended to our needs immediately and replaced them. Thank you Hannah, Anne and Kate - impressive service :)! We shortened our stay and was told we will be refunded one night's rate - which was comforting! Overall - we didn't enjoy the house.

Great for a big group

We had 10 people there and found it spacious enough. We spent a lot of time there as we caught a heat wave and it was too hot to do much outside. Real estate were easy to work with. A couple maintenance issues need to be addressed- especially the unbearable sound of the air conditioner and the sliding door jamming shut.

Big Family Home

We stayed at this property for 9 nights. The home was reasonably clean (besides the kitchen items could’ve used a clean) - it was a little pricy but we were staying in the peak Christmas period so understandable. It was however a breeze to book and the agency were easy to deal with. The size of the home was great as there was ample room for everyone and everyone was able to have their own space. The bedrooms, bathrooms and linin was clean and plentiful. Some of the furniture was a little outdated, we were supplied with most cleaning products however as we were staying 9 days we could have used some cleaning cloths, rubbish bags, mop/bucket, washing basket etc. as the lack of these items made it a little difficult to maintain a easy routine. Overall we had a good stay and would book again in the future.
