Excellent stay despite the blizzard that hit town. Shelby ensured we had all we needed to keep cozy including sleds for the kids to use. Great downtown spot, great communication and overall nice place to stay.

We had a great stay! Hosts were very responsive, the studio is very well stocked, and attention to detail really stood out. They really thought of everything! Highly recommend if you are headed to Juneau for work or visiting for fun!

The location and place are lovely. We had issues with communication, but I think they were perhaps with VRBOs messaging itself? Regardless, VRBO stepped in and assisted and it all worked out.
