We arrived to the hotel and were warmly greeted by Armando. We quickly noticed the renovation signs and were sadly disappointed that the hot tub and pool were not in service. He offered to refund us but we didn't want to drive any further. As we entered our designated room we noticed the peeling furniture and while taking a shower the water temperature was lukewarm. The tv was not working and we attempted to call the front desk for assistance. The bedside phone did not work. Our experience with Marriott has always been great but this was extremely disappointing to us. I wish that when we booked to stay at this location that it would have been notated that renovations were occurring and we would have gone elsewhere.
