From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond — you truly could not ask for more exceptional service. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared — a perfect retreat after a long day. We also loved the on-site pub — great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service that made us feel right at home. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. Comfortable hotel, providing as advertised

The hotel was exactly what we needed. A quick cheap overnight stay with a bit of comfort. We used the hotel for as an overnight trip for Mondello Park, the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. We used the bar for both food and drinks with the quality being very good. Catering for both my fathers old fashioned cuisine as well as for something a wee bit more adventurous for me. The next morning the breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, fresh and good value for money.

The Hamlet is a convenient place to the major highway. Rather tired interior and our bathroom drinking glasses were not clean. Staff was very nice and dinner in their bar was good.

Absolute gem

My wife and I did a small tour of Ireland on a motorbike we stayed here for the last night we asked if we could put the motorbike somewhere safe and they accommodated us very well from the front of staff to the maintenance guy Paul and the night porter they was all brilliant to say the least the room was immaculate the pizza in the bar was probably one of the best we have ever had the Guinness was top notch and the bar staff was superb this is a super place to stay if you are in the area we will be returning next year.
