The farmhouse is entirely complete, with closets in the bedrooms, TVs in the bedrooms, fans, double bed in 4 of them and 2 single beds in 1 of them, in the attic we have another double mattress with TV and video game (PS3), in living room we have sofa, rack, in the dining room has table for 6 people, in the kitchen we have gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, gas oven, electric fryer, sandwich maker, water filter and all household items, also in the kitchen, has another dining room, with another table for 6 more people, with another sofa and a beautiful fireplace, in the corner of the barbecue we have a table for 8 people, another table for 4 people, refrigerator, water filter, stereo, charcoal barbecue, stove, foosball table, laundry room we have washing machine and tank, also has clothesline.

Groceries, bed linen, towels and cleaning products must be taken by the renters.
