On the one of its kind journey on the #Manali-#Leh highway, #Jispa is the recommended first night halt for better #acclimatization to the low oxygen terrain ahead. While many take the halt at #Sarchu which is 80 Kms ahead, it is always recommended to halt at Jispa and not Sarchu to acclimatize better. The Jispa Journey camp is a wonderful place to halt over. While everything there is a self service, one will not feel the efforts for that as they take wonderful care in a remote location like that.
