This well-equipped centrally located town house is a perfect property for a Jindabyne holiday. With three generous bedrooms on the first level, two bathrooms one an ensuite off the main bedroom as well as a full size separate laundry.
On the top level there is a north facing large living area with lake and mountain views opening onto a balcony where the BBQ is located. The living space is split into 2 areas one with a 64-inch tv and 2 lounges the other ideal for games, reading and relaxing. The kitchen is modern, spacious well-appointed ideal for home cooking after a big day out adventuring in the mountains. The dining room is located close to the kitchen with an eight-seat dining table. The upstairs level also has a third toilet for the property. The property has Wifi throughout and there is an office nook on the top-level ideal for charging devices or to do some work or study if required whilst on holiday.
The ground floor level comprises a foyer area with hanging space. There is a double lock up garage and a storage room/ workshop located at the rear of the garage ideal for storing skis, boards, and bikes. There is also a drying area located in the rear storage area with heaters and fans. Last but not least there is a small beer fridge downstairs.
There is a generous-sized land scaped courtyard at the rear and side of the property with westerly facing clothes lines also ideal for drying clothes or just relaxing outside in the warm afternoon sun.
