Nestled in the heart of Jindabyne, it's just a 10-15 minute walk from the renowned Jindabyne Brewery and the main shopping area at Nuggets Crossing, which offers restaurants, cafes, snow rentals, and more. Snowbell is also a scenic 30-45 minute drive to the world-class Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts.

Enjoy privacy and seclusion with stunning mountain views from the elevated block. Inside, the home boasts two TVs: a 75-inch TV with surround sound in the cosy lounge, and a second TV in the kids' room, which also features board games and a Nintendo console. The fully equipped modern kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, ice maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, and a dishwasher. There's also a convenient study nook/office, a dining area that seats 6-8, and a breakfast bar that seats 4-6.
