Péssimo atendimento

Contratei 5 dias na pousada Villamansa, porém ao chegar fui informada de que não havia quartos disponíveis. Fui realocada na pousada Numei de Jeri que tbem é do grupo, pousada esta extremamente inferior à contratada, pousada com porta de madeira no banheiro, a porta estava podre embaixo toda vez escorria água marrom no banheiro durante/depois do banho, a pia do banheiro vazando água, paredes com mofo, horrível, não recomendo que contratem os serviços desta pousada. Vc chega em Jeri não conhece nada, as ruas são tomadas de areia, não tem condições de vc procurar outra estadia sem conhecer nada e com malas, pedi desconto ou reembolso e me ofereceram 5% em mais estadias, uma total falta de respeito com os hóspedes.

A recepcionista foi super educada, carismática e atenciosa. Porém a pousada deixou a desejar em algumas coisas : 1 - o café da manhã começa muito tarde por volta das 08:00, principalmente para quem vai passeios como o trekking ( que é uma caminhada de 6km )que também inicia as 08:00 2 - os quartos não tem lixeira, apenas o banheiro 3 - A tv não funciona canais aberto , Netflix e outros serviços de streaming. Apenas um aplicativo que tinha de instalar na tv e passava uns poucos canais que não conhecíamos 4 - O nosso quarto 08 estava com mau cheiro na parte da tubulação do banheiro e exalava o quarto todo, mas conseguimos trocar de quarto e melhorou. 5 - agora vem a pior parte, alugamos um quarto triplo ( para 3 pessoas ) e a pousada só disponibilizou apenas 1 lençol, muito fino que não aquecia seu corpo e se vc quisesse o lençol da 3° pessoa ou um lençol mais confortável tinha que pagar uma taxa. Sendo que nosso quarto foi reservado para 3 pessoas. Triste que a pousada não tenha nos fornecido uma experiência tão boa.

Pousada maravilhosa, a recepcionista Lara muito educada, prestativa, assim como ela os outros funcionários também muito educados, café da manhã muito bom com passarinhos ao nosso redor, traz muita paz, quartos super limpos, localização excelente. Super recomendo essa pousada.

Ótima estadia

Excelente atendimento e carisma do time da recepção. Localização perfeita, perto de tudo. Quarto de bom tamanho. Únicos pontos como oportunidade são a cama, que tinha um desconforto no meio e o chuveiro que água muito fraca. No geral, eu retornaria com certeza!
