Very pleasant stay

Very nice hotel next to the beach. Very pleasant service. A perfect breakfast with freshly made egg dishes and possibility to make your own fresh juice. We will definitely come back.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I wasn't given any information about dining options and what my booking included and when I asked the response was vague with an attitude. It's advertised as a beach hotel with pool and the receptionist told me I had to use one or the other, but couldn't use both because the beds are limited. The pool is a lot smaller than it appears on the photos and the private beach is tiny. I arrived at 17:40 and was told I couldn't have dinner unless I decided in the next 10 minutes check out is at 10:00 am which is rather early and the rooms start being cleaned much earlier making a lot of noise in the morning someone also tried to enter my room without knocking. I don't believe it has the standards or customer service of a 4 star hotel

Great stay, friendly staff but mobile phone masts!

Great stay in a lovely hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very welcoming. Disappointed to see 3 huge Mobile phone masts on the roof of the hotel which did put us off a bit, not really where you want to see these things?

Good location on beach. Nice warm pool. Clean room and bathroom Slight negatives. If you wanted a kettle and teabags you had to pay, you had to pay for WIFI and also beach towels

Excellent place to stay if you want to enjoy your holiday. Excellent view and private beach, the room services are fabulous and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the location is near restaurants and bars if you want to drink. The food is quite cheap in the local restaurants are very nice and excellent service. The hotel environment is very calm and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay . The breakfast was fabulous and very well organized. If you are thinking to go Jeselo and have a good time, we would definitely recommend staying there. Thank you

Right on the beach, great staff, nice & quiet

Location and staff made this hotel! Right on the beach, quieter end of Lido Di Jesolo. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was typical continental buffet. We had a street-facing room which wasn't too loud in the evening. Bed was quite hard but would still recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful location and excellent clean hotel

We had a group of 11 persons stayed 2 nights in this hotel and everything was really perfect only the breakfast buffet had a lot of pork products which is not eaten by muslems ,alsothe front desk clerk [ Monika ] was a great helper for us.

Very friendly but definitely unhelpful

We stayed for one night in this hotel. It is a bit far from the bus station, but reachable with taxi costs around thirteen. The beach in front the hotel is fantastic, and the surrounding area is full of bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly but totally not helpful. The air conditioner in our room was not working on that night because of this amazing "not working unless closing the windows" system crashed in our room. We reported to the front desk twice and the guy told us to keep the door open if we feel too hot to sleep. We raised the concern of mosquitos, and he was very confident to tell us there are no mosquitos, which was totally not the case actually, we ended up feeding mosquitos for the whole night. It is a nice hotel, but we had a horrible stay thanks to the very friendly yet unhelpful staff.

Ett super bra hotell precis vid stranden. Barnvänligt poolområde och fantastisk service med trevlig personal. Rent och fint överallt. Hotellets restaurang är också ett stort plus med super fin mat och riktigt grym kock. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka.

Sehr schönes Hotel, toller Service, wirklich hilfsbereites Personal, super Frühstück. Einzig für die wirklich unbequemen Betten gibts es Punktabzug. Wer einen Parkplatz braucht, sollte vorab reservieren - bei uns war alles belegt. Es gibt allerdings einen öffentlichen Alternativ-Parkplatz in der Nähe.
