Kitchen had everything we needed. Gas was already onsite for the bbq. Fire pit was great. Kayak and paddle board we could use. Bikes and scooters. Games and toys for the kids, books. We had a great time at this property. It is in an excellent location, being just five minutes walk from a cafe, a short drive from shops, and backs onto the water. Beware of the angry kangaroo that hangs around in the area. If it makes growling noises, do not approach it.
