Good Value

Pros: Comfortable room. Competitive pricing.
Cons: Dining options.
Location: Close walk to Old City and across the street from the Great Synagogue.
Overall, I would recommend the hotel. Excellent location and pricing was competitive. Do not recommend the shabbat meals option. They charge $100 per person/per meal for a chaotic buffet table. The dining experience was disappointing but otherwise the stay was comfortable. It is not in the same category as the Waldorf or David Citadel, but nowhere near the cost either.

disgusting.dirty rooms, no toilet paper, no daily maid service. food inedible. Absolutely atrocious condiitons. DO NOT GO THERE.

ABsolutely horrible. CANNOT recommend. Horrible unresponsive service,no wakeup calls. The buffet food resemebled a trough style eatery no the 5 star accomodations were were promised. The inundation of tours detracted from the experience. The rooms were absolutely DIRTY>
