Small room, which was OK, but the bathroom was super small making it difficult to use/dry yourself. There was no outside window which made the room dark and a little claustrophobic. The beverage facilities weren't refreshed. The stairwell was narrow, some of the anti-slip treads were loose and we were on the second floor which was difficult for use with a walking aid.

Hanno rassettato la stanza ma non hanno messo due teli doccia; la doccia non era a chiusura stagna, è uscita molta acqua che loro non hanno asciugato. Niente asciugacapelli nemmeno a richiesta. This hotel is not recommended because we had many problems. Every day a different one. The first day we did not have hot water and they allowed us to go to another room to shower. The second day the entrance door to the room was locked. The third ran out of water in the sink. The room had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. On the fifth day they had to transfer us to another room because the problems with hot water persisted. Good things: location and the manager keeps in touch on WhatsApp all the time and tries to solve problems.

Nous sommes arriver sans code pour entrer dans l’hôtel car si tu n’a pas d’internet sa vas pas bien pour toi on a jamais vue qui que ce soit a la réception ils ont changer le code pendant notre séjour de 4 jours sans nous avertir donc on a rester dehors encore une autre fois pas d’eau chaude notre chambre devais avoir vue sur la rue on est rester dans une chambre avec vue sur les poubelle la propreté on a vue mieux .
