The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! The second night of my stay a high school group stayed at the hotel. They were making a bit of noise, so I called the front desk. The staff were supportive and took care of the problem. There was no further incidents with the students. On my last day, Nissim, at the front desk helped me get a taxi, even though he was swamped due to having a full house. He was exceptionally helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was centrally located. Unfortunately, I have never stayed in a hotel that you needed to put the key in a special slot inside the room in order for the lights and air to work. The sliding door also needed to be locked for the air to work. This was not explained when I checked in which was an issue. In addition, I would not stay at this hotel during a holiday again. The music and dancing outside, was extremely loud until 11pm each night.

Polite and smiling staff. We had booked a standard family room. At the reception, they told us there was some issue with our room, so they gave us two connecting rooms instead. Plus, the kids each got a toy as a gift. It was great!

Really lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. My room was large and comfortable with a fab view across Jerusalem, and the breakfast was amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location, it is surrounded by great places to eat and drink, close to the Old City, easily walkable to most places you'd want to go and close to the light rail. Really appreciate the welcome I was given by everyone at the hotel.
