The staff was very nice although some only spoke a little English. My only surprise was that they gave us 3free small bottles of water and beyond that they charge 12shekels a bottle. I complained and they have given us 2more bottles. Room service is a bit slow

The breakfast was great. They cleaned my reliablly Tamir at the front desk was very helpful. The shops were all over the place and so with music.
