We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

-Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm.
-Check out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $150/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
-Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
-Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater when leaving home
-Remove shoes and place them in shoe rack
-Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
-No Extra/ Overnight Guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
-No Smoking of ANY KIND inside/outside of property/driveway/rooftop/balcony ($1,000 Penalty)
-No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $1000.
-No Hosting of Private Chef Dinner or any kind 3rd party experiences without host approval on the premises. Subject to penalty
-No MAIL or PACKAGE Delivered here at all times
-No moving or rearranging of the furniture
-No UNPLUGGING of the main electronics
-No Pre-Check in Bag Storage or Drop off
-No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
-Do not leave any leftover food or drinks in the refrigerator during check out
-No disturbing neighbors
-No PARKING anywhere other than assigned driveway space. $500 penalty fee will be imposed as a violation or car will be towed. DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY.
-No crypto mining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage.
-No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm

We always want you to be safe at all times. The address automatically populated on the listing is only a few blocks away from the home.**
*Only registered number of guests are allowed on the property (Max 9), this is taken very seriously for insurance purposes. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

*The person who uses their VRBO account to make the reservation must be present during the stay. Reservation can be cancelled immediately per 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.

Property Disclosures:
We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and driveway, rooftop and balcony which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room and balcony which actively records noise decibel levels and detects any form of smoking. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

*In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to VRBO, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance. Please respect the tranquility of our community and neighbors during your stay.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
