The house, fully private and for exclusive guest use, is spread over four floors, offering space, privacy, and comfort in equal measure. It features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. One of its greatest highlights is the rooftop terrace with views over Jerez’s rooftops and the Cathedral tower—a perfect spot to enjoy the sun, a glass of wine at sunset, or a relaxed evening with friends.



Important: the house has interior stairs across all floors and is therefore not recommended for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility.
