This was one of the best hotel stays we've had! Every staff member we came across was helpful, kind, and patient! The room was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and we had a lovely little balcony overlooking the ocean. The only kind of weird thing that I didn't care for was a glass bathroom door. I don't know if they have that in every room. It was just my husband and myself, but you'll have to be very comfortable with the other people in your room! lol The pool area was modest, but lots of seating, clean, and had a nice tiki bar. We would definitely stay here again!! (Also highly recommend the Kyle G's restaurant next door for a special lunch or dinner!)

The Customer Service was definitely outstanding every staff member from the front desk to the pool area went above and beyond. This I would definitely rated five star.
