***Important Construction Notice:

Our building is currently undergoing an exterior concrete restoration project. The work is not inside the condo, but construction will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This includes the use of jackhammers, which can cause intermittent loud noise and occasional vibration inside the unit.

We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises. If you plan to be out exploring during the day, this may have minimal impact on your stay.

FANTASTIC STAY! I have stayed in several condos at this property but this is the first 2 bedroom/2 bath I rented. This condo is beautiful and everything is new, fresh and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing and so relaxing. We enjoyed the onsite pool and restaurant and of course the beach! Randall is very easy to communicate with and quickly and thoroughly answered my questions. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo.

This condo overlooks the ocean and pool, it is a lovely end unit with 2 large bedrooms with adjoining baths. It is next door to a well-known seafood restaurant/bar which is very convenient. Beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding and towels. Randall was extremely responsive to my requests and questions. We have rented other condos on Hutchinson Island, and this one is the best by far! We will definitely stay here again. One thing to ask about is the ongoing construction on the building. It is a long-term project that can be disruptive to renters.
