Very happy with the hotel and the location was really good. The staff were good, and the housekeeping staff always said hello with a smile. Breakfast options were nice, and lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate area. A very enjoyable stay.

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was well situated but the view and access to the sea were quite limited. The only thing that was irritating was the pool not opening until 14.00 and the charge placed on using it and a towel

The location is incredible. Our room has balcony facing sea and pool. No conditioner and lotion compare to other hotels. Also just 1 pillow each guest only.

Great central location, with an ocean view. I do calisthenics in my room, so I appreciated that the floor still had carpet on it (although I understand why many hotel rooms do not). However, the internet was spotty, which was very frustrating when I was trying to attend an online celebration of life for a dear friend who had recently passed away. And my pet peeve: why were there no black tea bags in the room? Not everyone drinks green tea...

Perfect stay for our big family in Jeju. We loved staying on this side of the island. The location is close to everything (fresh seafood, dining, shopping and sightseeing). The rooms are very clean and we loved sitting on our balconies watching the boats in the morning and evening. We all enjoyed the hotel's breakfast buffet. All 11 of us could find more than enough things to eat and drink. The hotel's restaurant was very good too. It had very large portions. We also loved the fresh baked goods at the cafe. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the WhistleLark hotel to anyone staying in Jeju

The room smells fishy but the staff is quick to respond to our request on change unclean towels and clean dusty vents. However, for the last night stay, all service in cleaning, making up the bed, downgraded.
