The people at the desk were very friendly, however the room was so dirty. The counter hadnโ€™t been cleaned, trash under the couch cushion, trash on the balcony, urine on the toilet, and the glasses we obviously not cleaned well. Also, the toiletries were a big bottle of used soap and tooth paste.
