Eric, the host was an excellent communicator throughout the process. He was responsive and very polite to any of our concerns/questions. The location of this property was excellent for us. We hiked mountain trails, biked the Lamoille Valley rail-to-trail, canoed the Lamoille River, and explored the small towns and shopped at the general stores and local businesses. The condo twin beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We appreciated the access to an excellent laundry facility. Compared to other VRBO rentals where we have stayed, we believe this property needs some tender loving care: ripped screen on the sliding glass door, mildew in both showers, wall shelf in bathroom had been moved but holes in the wall were left from previous placement, closet door could not be fully opened, no supplies to do light housekeeping. Before booking this property we asked about basic cooking/storage items (salt, pepper, oil, food storage containers, plastic wrap) and we were told the kitchen was fully equipped. When we arrived with 2-weeks of groceries we were disappointed to find none of the items we had checked on were available. However, we contacted Eric and his housekeeper delivered a box of supplies within 3 hours. Very nice host, disappointing property
