Private: natural state property with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Misleading - Beware

The Villa is situated less than a 100m from the main road from Alicante to Xabia. The traffic noise was so great that it ruined the enjoyment of our stay. The Villa itself is pleasant although the swimming pool is no more than a plunge pool. It is a 45minute walk into town and a car is recommended. The description implies a secluded idyllic retreat, this it is certainly not.
