Très bien, maison spacieuse et bien équipée il ne manque rien...a part la clim. Très jolie vue sur la baie depuis la terrasse.Endroit au calme sur les hauteurs. Excellent service d'interhome sur place,souriant ,serviable et disponible.

La casa en si esta bastante bien, es grande y tiene de todo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Lo peor es el mantenimiento de la misma, hemos estado 8 noches en Septiembre sin luz en la cocina, y eso que avisamos el mismo día de la llegada. Al día siguiente la depuradora se paro y dejo de funcionar (menos mal que al día siguiente paso el jardinero) el jardín falto de césped porque el riego por aspersión no funcionaba, la luz nocturna de la piscina no la vimos ningún día.

Il faut rénover beaucoup de choses dans cette mais

j'ai plusieurs fois réservé avec Interhome et j'ai été déçu, premièrement impossible de garer la voiture à l'intérieur car une pente horrible les voitures frottés le sol donc nous avons fait marche arrière. Beaucoup de lumières ne fonctionnaient pas (douche, toilette du bas, jardin..). Le réfrigérateur ne refroidissait rien du tout!!! Et la douche italienne du haut était cassé la porte ... elle n'est pas fixée et ne se referme pas! Même la mosaïque de la piscine se décollait!

Très belle villa, à proximité du centre de Javea

Il s'agit d'une très belle villa, avec une vue dégagée sur la baie de Javea. Maison avec 4 chambres, équipée très simplement (mais suffisamment), pour des vacances aux soleil. Elle est bien entretenue et très bien située (10 minutes de la plage principale, et 15 minutes des criques). La piscine est très grande et assez profonde pour satisfaire petits et grands. Quant à Interhome, ils ont été réactifs dès lors que nous avions besoin d'eux. Je recommande.

Problemas piscina

La casa con unas vistas excepcionales y está bien en su conjunto, pero durante la estancia tuvimos bastantes problemas. El mayor problema fue que la piscina no estaba limpia, estaba casi con agua pantanosa (y no lo arreglaron durante toda la estancia), no hay luces en el jardín para la noche y tampoco funcionan las de la piscina, el wifi no funcionaba... También se cortó el agua en varias ocasiones pero eso fue por avería de la zona y no de la casa. La cocina está muy bien equipada.

Villa rustique ,mais reste agréable sur l'ensemble. les points négatifs : Pas possible la rentrée d'un véhicule la pente étant trop importante ,(bas de caisse abîmée en essayant) Piscine la dernière marche dangereuse ,barbecue pas top. Et certains jours une odeur à l'extérieur de poisson. Moustiques présents et pas de moustiquaire sauf une chambre .
