Just a 600-metre stroll to the beach and local favourites like Swell Café and the Jan Juc Hotel, this charming retreat offers the ideal base for surfers, beachgoers, and families looking to unwind.
Inside, the home features three comfortable bedrooms – the master with a king, second bedroom with a queen and the third with a tri-bunk – making it ideal for couples, kids, or a small group of friends. The family bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet, while a separate powder room adds extra convenience for guests.
The main living area is cosy and inviting, complete with a wood-burning fireplace for cooler nights. It opens out onto a private front deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A second living space with a smart TV offers a quiet spot to relax or entertain, while the open-plan kitchen and dining area is light-filled and functional, with two sets of bifold doors that open onto a spacious rear deck overlooking a leafy garden.
