Staff was friendly and helpful but the 5;30 wakeup call came 15min late and I had to rush to catch the 6am shuttle, am concerned I left something important behind. I need the email of the hotel to find out if it was found in the room after I left.

The rooms basic, coffee and tea, 215 faced on to road , noisy, A/C leaked on to floor and had weak output, pool was surrounded at all side by hotel and apartments, therefore cold, but a good size and clean.in that area there is no alcohol

Good value for money. We had a minor issue with a leaking air conditioner. Also be mindful of the time to get to and from the hotel. It is close to the airport as the crow flies, but it does take 20-30 mins each way via taxi.

The worst i have Experienced with all the hotels i booked through Hotels.Com. All the data on hotels.com are Wrong, its 45 minutes away from the airport, in very bad and Rural area. Bad WIFI. Dirty restaurant and bad quality of food. No cleaning for the swimming pool

Great place to layover

Stayed here for one night layover from Jakarta airport. The hotel just opened a few months ago, so everything is in great shape. It's about a 15-30 minute drive from CGK airport depending on traffic. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.
