DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY

I felt that I was misled by hotel.com and Hotel Fiducia Kaji from the below offers in the room: There were no slippers, toiletries except shampoo/soap dispenser, no toothbrush, toothpaste and toothbrush glass, no toilet tissue except 1 facial tissue provided during my stay, no trashcan, no room cleaning (lots of ants), no wifi (room/lobby), no bottled water. The breakfast is disgusting, COLD overcooked soggy instant noodles with what I think is ginger tea. We bought packed foods and I requested to reheat and I will pay IDR10,000 but the kitchen has no microwave, oven or rice cooker. The kitchen is just like a normal local household. Big ants were everywhere and there were lots of mosquitoes. Concierge counters very dusty and can’t even recognize the hotel staffs. Very scary staying at this hotel and I will absolutely not recommend it.
