Aircondition not working, they not change the room also smoking in the room , I am asthma patient I request non smoking room but all room are smoking room there, I am not recommending any one to take that hotal, even you pay $20 more you get the 5 times better hotal in Jakarta in that area.

Nice hotel, not the best area if you're looking for big malls etc but very real Jakarta, stretch food, few seedy characters but hotel is nice and staff friendly, didn't fell unsafe though

Too noisy
If you don't mind the sound from outside the hotel Is ok, but for me I can't sleep to hear traffic and music from outside, the room small , the comforter has a hole , the Ac first night not cool at all, the food good, the manager not helping at all , with the situation all crowd , I was complain about it and still has 5 more days too stay and asking for cancel 4 days, Expedia ok, but the manager said it too complicated to do finance with Expedia , very dispointed.
