This is ok on a budget. No Wi-Fi.

There is a rice cooker, big refrigerator and a stove. The walls in the apartment should be painted. The kitchen sink needs to be tightened with a screw. The sink works and the faucet is loose when turned off and on. The TV should be mounted in front of the bed. There should be fast wifi installed, Netflix or Apple TV +. Cold shower.
