Great customer service. Balcony area could need more attention but the room otherwise was great. Amenities such as the pool area were well maintained. Great place with very friendly staff! My wife and I stayed here in April of 2023 and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for walking around Jaffna and they even have bicycles available for those who want to cycle. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. I would recommend staying here!

All of the staff were amazing, at breakfast they somehow sensed when I wanted some more tea! The food was really delicious, a great selection of curries (as well as western foods - although I stuck with the local fare). The hotel location was very central and made it easy to see some of the sites in the city centre (market, fort, old kachcheri etc.). If I was planning a trip to Jaffna in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Not very crowded when we were there. Bottled water provided daily, but would prefer plastic bottles instead of glass. Breakfast was great. Walkable, This was a family visit trip so mostly stayed in the hotel.
