You'll have full access to the HP Beach Club with its restaurant, bar, spa, and world-famous surf beach. Watch the sunset from your rooftop deck, sip cocktails from your private pool, and walk to the beach or the nearby restaurants of Playa Hermosa. You'll have air conditioning and hot water- a rarity in CR!
The space
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family home, with parking for 2 at the house and street parking available. The bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the second floor. The half bath is on the first floor.
The outside area has a covered patio with ceiling fans, tables and seating for 8, a private pool and a built in bbq. The rooftop deck is covered with a bar top and seating area. New dishwasher and oven installed July 2020.
Internet speed and cable upgraded, August 2020.
