Fantastic Hotel - Has Everything you need
Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here!!! Property is in excellent condition, and everything is very convenient. Not one of those huge resorts where you have to walk all over the place. Huge pros for us were. Good Gym, Plenty of english TV channels, Mini Fridge in room that is not stocked so you can store your own food and drink, Ice Machines on every floor and elevators that move fast :) Last few hotels I've stayed at even if 4-5 stars always seems like a couple of elevators broken. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaned are rooms everyday - not trying to find excuse to bypass you if you were in the room on their 1st attempt. We also liked the Casino playing Blackjack with low minimums and similar odds and rules as you get in Vegas and you play with USD chips. Special shout out to Jimmy and the rest of the Casino staff for being good host. I highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay that is not trying to nickel and dime with extra cost services for things that should be included. Will be back...

We would definitely stay here again. It’s so easy to order some food by the pool or grab a bite at one of the nicer restaurants. The ocean is steps away from the pool. Wonderful property!

Spent two nights at Croc’s while visiting Jaco. The hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. Our room with a balcony and ocean view was beautiful. The pool is awesome! Drinks were tasty and the atmosphere is so fun. All staff we encountered were kind and helpful!
