Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and rates were very reasonable, especially for a hotel on the beach with ocean views and direct access. They provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach as well as towels for the pool/ hot tub.

The pull out couch was convenient however when the cushions were pulled off there was dirt/crumbs as well as 3 small plastic bags that had a small amount of white crystal like powder in them. The parking lot was dark, the rooms were not clean and we were treated to yelling and screaming and running up and down thr halls almost the entire night. Absolutely NOT worth the money.

We had to switch rooms due to AC issues and hotel only had two roller carts in which guest was keeping in their rooms for long periods of time, but overall ,very nice and location was perfect
