We are excited to have this Granite Ridge Homestead on the Rendezvous Mountain Rental's portfolio! Granite Ridge is a beautiful residential area at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort provides easy access for guests to all of the amenities that Teton Village has to offer. The expansive 3,325 square foot, two level Homestead property has beautiful custom furnishings. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a large kitchen island and provides an ideal space for groups. Guests will enjoy relaxing in this luxury post and beam home with western ambiance and an open floor plan featuring comfortable seating around a beautiful center stone fireplace. This spacious living area offers an abundance of natural light and access to a large exterior deck. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with every item a guest may need to host the perfect BBQ, or curate a dinner for two. The dining area offers a large dining table with seating for 8, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. Located just off the kitchen is a private outdoor deck, offering the opportunity of outdoor dining. This wooded lot provides the privacy needed for a romantic dinner or great family BBQ. A brand new hot tub is also situated on this deck to add the perfect finish to an outdoor day.
A powder room is located adjacent to the kitchen. As guests walk down a short hallway, a spacious master bedroom suite awaits on the main floor. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, double vanity and private toilet. This large master bedroom provides the space to escape to ready a book or catch a cat nap. A second bedroom with two twin beds with a spacious ensuite full bath is also located on the main floor. These twin beds are convertible to a king for a fee.
As guests walk downstairs, they will be amazed by the second family/den area located on this level. Highlighted by a custom mural on two walls, guests will find two large sectional couches that provide comfortable seating to relax in front of the flat screen TV. Adjacent to this space is large a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer as well as a spacious dry sauna that will soothe those sore legs after a long day on the slopes or hiking among the wildflowers.
A powder room is located just off of the laundry room. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. Perfect for kids the third bedroom features two twin bunk beds, with sleeping for four, is accessed through the lower family room. A King Bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is also located within the ground level of the property. Guests can access the lower level of the property through the garage. The garage is available for 1 car, with space outside for 2 more, as well as wall mounted ski and glove dryers. A spacious closet is located at the entrance of the garage just inside the property.
There is a large outdoor deck with a BBQ grill, offering a great location to sit and take in the view of the surroundings. The property is within walking distance to the surface lift located at the top of Arrowhead Road, offering convenient access to the slopes at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Parking available for a maximum of 3 vehicles; one space inside the garage and the other two are directly outside the garage door. The owner keeps a vehicle in one garage space. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended due to the grade of the driveway. Motorcycles, trailers and RV's are not allowed in Granite Ridge. Please speak to our reservationists if you need assistance with parking options. Don't forget that we also offer discounted ski lift tickets, as well as other opportunities for our guests.

Minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park. This route often rewards with up-close sightings of bears with cubs, moose, elk, deer, foxes, beavers, osprey, red-tailed hawks, and more!
In summer, you're within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village. Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding the “Big Red” tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet's Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles. Take a selfie on the tram dock!
For a change of pace, take a short 15-minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson. Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Taste one (or two!) of the many delicious homemade ice cream flavors at Moo's Gourmet Ice Cream while you relax on a wooden bench in the park. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans. Take home a treasured reminder of your vacation from one of the fine jewelry shops featuring Teton inspired jewelry, embedded with diamonds, gemstones and even elk ivory. Be sure to stick around for the Jackson Hole Shoot Out at the Town Square in the summer!

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
