I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. When I initially booked, I chose the hotel because of its medium budget and convenient location near the sea, according to Google Maps. However, just before my arrival, I received a message from the reception with a different address than the one listed on Google Maps. Upon arriving in Izmir, I headed to the new address they provided, but there was no hotel at that location. I tried contacting the hotel, but they didn’t respond right away, so I went to the original location shown on Google Maps—again, no luck finding the place. After wasting time and paying twice for Uber rides, I finally got a response from them via WhatsApp with the correct location. By this point, I had already spent around $37 on Uber rides due to the confusion. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to explain the situation, but I wasn’t convinced. However, I decided not to escalate things because I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, and the staff couldn’t speak English fluently, making communication difficult. The room itself was very small, and while the hotel claimed to offer daily housekeeping, they only cleaned our room twice during our five-night stay. I also had to repeatedly go to the reception to ask for basic amenities like water, tea, and toilet paper. On a positive note, the staff were polite and treated us well, but overall, I chose this place for its location, and the misleading addres

Modern and clean hotel

This hotel was very modern. We didn’t encounter any issues. There was a nice and popular bakery within walking distance to eat for breakfast. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Otel modern, oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Personeller yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Odada klima, smart tv ve kettle mevcut. İkram olarak su ve çay kahve olması güzel bir detay. Minibar kullanmadım ama minibarda güzel ürünler var değerlendirilebilir. Genel olarak güzel bir deneyimdi İzmir’e gelen herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

Zum 2. Mal da und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super, auch wenn man das in dieser Lage und dem Umfeld nicht erwarten würde. Sehr sauber, alles ziemlich neu und modern. Leider nur wenig Englisch an der Rezeption, aber man kommt gut zurecht. Bis auf die Nachtschicht sind alle Mitarbeiter super nett und versuchen auch ohne Englisch-Kenntnisse gerne zu helfen. 5 Geh-Minuten vom Alsancak Gar entfernt, besser angebunden kann man in Izmir kaum untergebracht sein.

Ganz gut soweit.

Wir waren zu zweit. Es gab dafür einen Aufpreis für das gleiche Zimmer um circa 50% was sich dann verglichen zu anderen hotels nicht ganz rechnete. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und die Menschen auch immer freundlich. Es gab immer Tee. Und Wasser frei. Insgesamt für Lage und Preis also ganz gut.
