Great location.

The hotel is really well fitted out and modern, with snakes you can purchase in the room. It’s walking distance to the trains and trams and the ferries. The main shopping street too, all under five minutes. The hotel is super quiet, and the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and there’s always someone at the desk.

I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. When I initially booked, I chose the hotel because of its medium budget and convenient location near the sea, according to Google Maps. However, just before my arrival, I received a message from the reception with a different address than the one listed on Google Maps. Upon arriving in Izmir, I headed to the new address they provided, but there was no hotel at that location. I tried contacting the hotel, but they didn’t respond right away, so I went to the original location shown on Google Maps—again, no luck finding the place. After wasting time and paying twice for Uber rides, I finally got a response from them via WhatsApp with the correct location. By this point, I had already spent around $37 on Uber rides due to the confusion. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to explain the situation, but I wasn’t convinced. However, I decided not to escalate things because I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, and the staff couldn’t speak English fluently, making communication difficult. The room itself was very small, and while the hotel claimed to offer daily housekeeping, they only cleaned our room twice during our five-night stay. I also had to repeatedly go to the reception to ask for basic amenities like water, tea, and toilet paper. On a positive note, the staff were polite and treated us well, but overall, I chose this place for its location, and the misleading addres

Modern and clean hotel

Clean-polite-budget friendly

The hotel is located in central area but it’s quiet. The street is not fancy but it’s safe. The staff is polite and they offered me a bigger room even thought I booked a smaller one, since it was available. When leaving they gave me a small gift. The room was clean and has hairdryer, fridge, water boiler, coffee-tea-water which are complimentary. Also sleepers and sewing kit. It was new and had a nice essence in general.

Roi Otel’i ikinci tercih edişimiz. Bir daha gelsem yine burayı tercih ederim. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü yardımsever. Lobi, odalar, mobilyalar çok yeni. Özellikle banyo tuvalet tertemiz ve temiz kokuyor. İki kötü yanı var birincisi oda dar, ikincisi ise otel lokasyon olarak biraz tenha bir sokakta gece dışarı çıkarsanız kendinizi pek güvende hissetmiyorsunuz. Ama genel lokasyon çok iyi alsancak sahil 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederiz.

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nah an der Kibris Sehitler Caddesi. Das Hotel ist in einer Nebenstraße, die etwas verlassen wirkt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An der Sauberkeit hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Immer wieder gerne.

Good value, but not «great»

Pros: The rooms were clean, and the lobby looked nice. Good location near main street of Alsancak and the train station. One of the receptionists were very helpful regarding reccomendations and planning of our activities. Cons: Service could be better as we had to negotiate with one of the receptionists regarding getting a couple more towels/toilet paper rolls. Lobby was not airconditioned at peak temperature times, which made waiting for the room to be ready slightly uncomfortable.
