The room itself was very nice, the hotel seems upscale. The staff were very considerate and accommodating. The rooms though were not well lit. The bathroom mirror was especially dark. I let the water run in the shower for 10 minutes and it barely got warm and then returned to cold. Turning it in the other direction made the water frigid. The breakfast was good, the coffee was excellent. The bed was comfortable. There was no remote control in the room I had to call down to the front desk to get it. But there wasn't a lot of options on the tv. Also, Wi-Fi in the room was so slow it was basically useless. I got the room on a deal so couldn't really complain. I didn't feel like switching rooms, so I didn't complain about the lack of hot water in the shower.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.The only downsides were that guests aren’t able to control the A/C temperature, which made the room a bit less comfortable than expected and the room was clean but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke than that, it was a good short stay.

This hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to access many of Izmir's main attractions and historical sites. It's also very affordable, which I appreciated. The hotel staff were sp helpful and efficient, especially with the valet parking (for which I was extra grateful). I especially loved the breakfast buffet--there were so many great options and everything was always so delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here, and I would highly recommend Emen's Hotel to anyone wanting to visit Izmir.

Lovely hotel! The room was very nice. Breakfast was amazing! I am very glad for the valet parking as it is a tricky neighborhood to park in. Location looks rough but is in premier spot. Staff was very friendly as well.

The hotel is in a convenient location in the city center. It's modern, clean, and well maintained. The room temperature was an issue as I was told it's centrally controlled for only heating or cooling, so it was too warm. Breakfast was a buffet with many choices, but as often happens with buffets the food gets cold and stale when it's sitting out. The staff were nice but sometimes didn't seem to know the area well and didn't have much advice.

The valet parking service personnel and the front desk staff was very helpful. On our first night the front desk person upgraded us to a suite, however there is no ventilation in that bathroom on the 4th floor and their policy of locking the thermostat at 27 degrees celcius is very strange, essentially there is no AC for cooling, it is just for heating. We ended up changing the room for our second night to a regular room as we could not tolerate the constant sewage smell in the upper 4007 suite. Omer at the front desk was very understanding and nice about changing the room.
