It is close to the "restaurant row" with good restaurants., The walk into town is about 15 minutes where there are more restaurants and many shops.
The beach is beautiful and it is a bay. There is a new beautiful walkway along the beach and it is well lighted at night for strolling. There is also an awesome walkway completed recently along the beach in the town area. This is a fishing village and there is a fishing pier at one end of the beach where you can buy fresh fish daily or go deep sea fishing.

This property is located very close to the PICKLE BALL COURT. In fact, you can see the court from the oputside patio and rear windows...and it is within walking distance.
