Great Place to Stay Without Pets

Townhouse was very nice, well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed. Only downside was that it was not very private, as it’s a townhome and you basically share your backyard with a lot of people. So our neighbors could see us in the hot tub, our dogs jumped the tiny rock wall. So if you are planning a family trip, I would just recommend leaving your fury friends at home.

Family Gathering Place

This place was ideal for our large family gathering. It was so nice that each bedroom had its own full bathroom, plus 2 half baths! Tons of seating and a separate play area for the kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Great

We had a great trip and the property was great. The only thing that could have been better was communication. I emailed and called multiple times to see if they had a pack and play available, but never heard anything back. We ended up bringing our own. Other than that, we had a great time.

Amazing House but Not If You Want to Sleep In

This house is very spacious and comfortable until you want to sleep in. There are no curtains on any of the windows. Most of the bedrooms have wooden blinds which block some light. However, the front bedroom that has a little kitchenette in it is as bright as it can be as soon as the sun goes up. The other room that has no window coverings is the kids room. This meant our kids were up as soon as the sun was up (yay us). Other than that, the only frustrating part was it not being stocked with basic things such as oil, sugar, Clorox or Lysol spray to wipe down the counters after using the kitchen. It was really left up to the guests to purchase any and all items needed during cooking. The house itself is in a perfect location and is very modern. The kids play area was awesome. I think with a few improvements though it would be top-notch.

We came for two nights for a funeral. One couple had to sleep in the upstairs couch pullout bed. No sheets were provided. Since we discovered this on a Sunday night, they just had to “make do”.

Great, but needs some adjustments.

This was a fun house to stay in to visit St. George area. The resort was exciting for kiddos and we liked that the house was on the outer edge of the neighborhood instead of in the middle of everything. There was plenty of space, seating, and dishes for a large group inside and we loved the layout of the house. There was lots of cute books and toys for littles and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. Some things that weren’t great: there was dog mess on the property when we got there, we found old coffee in the coffee maker, we found straight pins on one of the bedroom floors, toothbrushes in one of the bathrooms, the dryer wasn’t working (I think they were fixing this after we left), and the backboard to the basketball game upstairs was broken. We loved the overall cowboy theme of the house, but there was one wall decor item on the stairs that was an unflattering stereotype of indigenous people that probably should be switched out. We tried to communicate with the provided number about the cleanliness issues but we didn’t get any kind of response beyond “thanks for letting us know.” A repair person came to look at the dryer during our stay but couldn’t do anything to fix it without ordered parts, which is totally understandable. Overall it was a good time staying there and I would stay again if I could be sure that cleaning was more thorough before our arrival.

Large and amazing vacation home!

Loved the property - it was new, clean, and very well kept (and I have super high standards when it comes to cleanliness!)! The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of three couples and six kids. In fact, we could have easily invited a fourth couple and kids to join, as there is so much space! The proximity to the pool area was perfect - you just walk across the street and you're there. And, proximity to state parks and Zion was wonderful as well. Downsides - the wifi is absolutely horrible. If you need to work while you're there, you'd want to bring an alternative source for internet. Additionally, apparently management is going in a "different direction" in terms of the activities they offer for kids. As in - they no longer offer any. One of the reasons we chose Arcadia was because it seemed very family oriented and kid focused, with tons of crafts and different organized activities for kids throughout the week. With none of that offered any longer, I'm not sure there is much that differentiates this resort community from any other typical resort.

We had four families stay in this condo and a total of 16 people- and we had plenty of space! Everyone had their own bathroom which was great and the kids loved the bunk room!

2022 Family Christmas Getaway

My family of 17 (10 adults and 7 children) spent 5 days at this beautiful property. Smooth checkin and addition appliances were brought to us on request. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. Never ran out of hot water, but the ice maker struggled to keep up with 17. It was nice to have a table big enough to seat everyone. Great area, close to Tuacahn. Would stay again.

Quiet Retreat

We loved this property. The condo space and decor were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled. The checkout process was simple. The place seemed to be lacking slightly in cleanliness. Seems they just do surface cleaning and we found that if you look in any of the nooks and crannies like under tables, beds, and chairs, you would find lots of dust and lost items of tenants past. Other than this, we have nothing to complain about and thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Unit!!!

Our family truly enjoyed our 11 night stay! The unit: very clean, stocked..did I say CLEAN??? One of the cleanest units I’ve stayed in and our family VRBOs multiple times a year. More room than we expected. Pictures do not do this until justice very tasteful beautiful decor. Spacious for our entire group 2 families with teenagers and kids plus 4 grandparents. We were able to come together in common areas and head to our private retreat spaces when we each needed a bit of quiet time. Ohhh and the bunk room…can’t say enough. 100% kid approved!!! Kids absolutely loved the upstairs family room, it was hard getting them down for meals, from games to movies just endless fun. Game nights were upstairs almost all nights, such a fun beautiful space. Resort: Location is great. There was construction going on but noise was never an issue. Clubhouse absolutely fun! Resort staff was amazing and helpful. Contacted staff for random questions and they were extremely prompt and helpful. Cannot say enough about how great they were! Temperatures were low as we visited in December but lazy river was heated and kids jumped in and spent hours there! Hubby joined them and said it was enjoyable! I preferred the hot chocolate!!! We’re planning another trip in spring as we fell in love with the resort and the unit! Thank you very much Arcadia and owners for sharing your home and making our stay most enjoyable!!!!
