We reached early on check-in day, and to our delight, they accommodated us with an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. It truly made a difference in our overall experience. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was delightful, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start our day! One of the best features of the property is the terrace, which offers a stunning view. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening wind-down, the scenery added a special touch to our stay. Really disappointed with this property, we were meant to be staying multi nights but left after the first night to another hotel. They didn’t have our reservation when we arrived, which was not handled well, and we were being asked to move rooms through our stay (bed were uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and walls paper thin so very noisy) . When we informed them the next morning we were not staying, no one seemed particularly bothered that we hadn’t had a good experience. I don’t think customer service is their top priority and fell far short of our expectations.
