Rude staff Dirty hotel AVOID AVOID

The receptionist is RUDE sarcastic unprofessional. Internet comes on and off all day. Room was dirty and sticky. Spare pillows were stained. Shower was leaking through the glass wall into bedroom. Don’t change sheets on bed every day. No room service but advertised in room. Indoor Swimming pool absolutely freezing when asked receptionist she said “it’s summer here and the pool dose not have a heater ,you are privileged to use it or go somewhere else” She has to be the rudest receptionist I have ever come across.

The rooms are very small that there is no room to walk. I booked a room with three beds turns out they have no room with three beds they gave me one room with two single very narrow bed “ children beds” i even walk in the room. Very bad experience with this hotel

Pasión turca

Higiene insuficiente, poco profesional. Instalaciones aceptables, habitaciones muy pequeñas, cama de matrimonio enana, cuarto de baño sin bidé ni mamparas en la ducha, tampoco plato de ducha. Solo una luz en el baño y una triste lámpara en el techo de la habitación, imposible leer. Televisión solo canales árabes y bbc. Un ascensor en funcionamiento y 6 pisos con un montón de familias con niños . El desayuno un plato surtido de entremeses, patatas fritas fías y un huevo cocidito, en fin , escaso y malo aunque se anuncie como gran buffet. Desconozco si cocinan, y eso que pude ver la cocina ya hay que entrar en ella para ir al baño… La recepción es de película gore, y el protocolo anti COVID-19 “es una pantomima que se toma a risa”, tal cual. Un poco apartado del Estambul viajero, aunque en uno de los barrios de más arraigo musulman con decenas de mezquitas llamando a la oración, además del bus al aeropuerto en la puerta cada 20 minutos. El metro también hasta las 12 los sábados . Los cristales no los limpiaron aparentemente desde la inauguración pues siguen con las pegatinas originales, parece ser que eran auténticas de marca lujosa (de Gucci o así . Ahora protegidas por una capa exterior de contaminación y una fina de nicotina en el interior.Al personal le vendría bien algún curso rápido de hostelería y de algún idioma además del bonito turco.
