The entire place was pretty run down, not very clean. We had cold water only, for the entire 5 days, even though we complained. No choice for breakfast, which was served outside with flies, stray dogs and cats everywhere. The sunbeds were very old and dirty. Couldn't really communicate with staff due to language barrier.

Yaşanan Olumsuzluklar

Öncelikle karşılanma güzel çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü bundan memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz. Fakat oda ile bazı sıkıntılarımız oldu. Odaya sıcak su çok geç ve ılık olarak geliyordu bu ciddi bir problem neredeyse soğuk suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca yatak başucu lambalarından her ikisi de çalışmıyordu. Özenli bir temizlik de göremedik açıkcası çok tozluydu. Oda servisi için 2 adet hamburger istedik fakat hamburgerlerin ekmekleri ve köfteleri semsertti kupkuru ve lezzetsizdi. Böylesine kötü bir yemek servisini ve diğer olumsuzlukları ödemiş olduğumuz ücretin karşılığında yakıştıramadık, ödemiş olduğumuz hizmet bedelinin karşılığını ne yazık ki veremediğiniz kanaatindeyiz. Bir daha tercih eder miyiz? hayır bu şartlar altında etmeyiz.

Beklentilerimi karşıladı.

Benim beklentim sakin ve temiz bir ortam idi. Otelin tek katlı olması benim için önemli idi, çünkü sonuçta istanbul'da deprem gibi bir gerçeğimiz var. Personel de çok yardımsever, yemekler güzel. Çok tercih etmeyin de yer bulabileyim :)
