Of course, Palstein Holiday's own driver service is also available to you for excursions into the city.

Completed in 2021, the apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped to the last detail with everything you need for a relaxing stay. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can sleep 2 people. No matter if you want to vacation, live or work in Istanbul - in your Palstein Holiday Residence you will feel completely comfortable. The spacious apartment has a fully functional kitchen with all the essential utensils, which invites everyone to cook.

For the small hunger in between, the kitchen is stocked with snacks and basic food for every new guest. Directly at the Exen Tower you will also find a modern supermarket with all groceries at unbeatable prices (e.g. Six Pack water for about 30 cents). The well-lit workplace by the window allows concentrated work with a breathtaking view. Families should also feel comfortable at Palstein Holiday Apartments - we take care of this with child-friendly furniture on request (crib, high chair for babies & toddlers, changing table) and a day care center in the associated park of the Exen Tower. In the park there is also a fitness center, a large indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a sauna and a steam bath (hammam) - which you may use for free as a Palstein Holiday guest. Fitness center, pool and steam bath are also located directly in the Exen Tower. Orders from the in-house restaurant will be delivered directly to your apartment. (Please note that due to changing Corona rules, the opening hours of the facilities and restaurants may be shortened or closed at short notice).

Upon arrival at Exen Tower, you will be greeted by the concierge - your personal contact on site. From fine dining to Istanbul's street food classics - your concierge will not only provide you with insider tips for culinary discoveries, but will also book city tours on request or organize exciting excursions for young and old, so that you can fully concentrate on relaxing and enjoying.

Your safety is our priority. In all our Palstein Holiday Apartments we attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene. Every cleaning, disinfection and laundry is done according to industry standards and as recommended by health experts. All your direct Palstein Holiday contact persons on site wear a face mask and observe the hygiene and distance rules. We perform a thorough cleaning of the apartment after each guest's departure - if you wish, you can also use the Premium Cleaning Service on demand or on a regular basis (e.g. every two days) for a small extra charge.
