Fair for price

The location of the hotel is good for the price, however, the wi-fi wasn't working well in the room so I had to buy data to be use during the stay. The size of the room was nice, and cleaning people were helpful with the maintenance. I paid for the breakfast in advance and I was disappointed with the menu to be honest, also the people serving the breakfast doesn't speak English so was taught the communication, so if you don't speak Turkish I not recommend the breakfast. The hotel overall for the price was fairly ok.

Macity Hotel

Eşimle birlikte gittik. Maltepe Zümrütevler’de cadde üzerinde, Maltepe metro istasyonuna çok yakın olmasa da yürüyerek 15 dk gidilebilir. Sakin. Kapalı park yeri olması güzel bir avantaj. Çevresinde market, pastane, fırın, fastfood yerleri var. Oda ve nevresimler temizdi. Sıcak su ısıtıcısı ,çay, kahve, su mevcuttu. Kliması iyi çalışıyordu. Memnun kaldık.

Berbat bir deneyim yaşadık.İlk gün girdiğimizde de pis olan odayı mecburen 1 gün daha uzatmak zorunda kaldık temizlik istedik ama odays girdiğimizde bıraktığımız gibiydi. Aldıkları hizmet bedelinin karşılığını hiçbir şekilde vermediler ayrıca resepsiyonda biz mağduriyetimizi dile getirdiğimizde söylediğimiz kişi ben söyledim yapmamışlar diyerek konuyu kapattı bu görev tanımı ile ilgili bi konu değil otelin genel konusu ve yaklaşım bu şekilde olmamalıydı

War leider das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich jemals war! Schimmel im Bad, nicht funktionierende Toilette, Haare & (Blut)Flecken auf den Bettlacken, Wände voller flecken, schlecht isolierte Zimmer und Fenster und und und. Das Hotel bietet extrem viel Potential, aber macht nichts daraus. Habe meinen Aufenthalt nach der Hälfte (auf eigene Kosten) abgebrochen, da dieses Hotel niemandem zuzumuten ist. Wer verstand hat, der bleibt fern von diesem Hotel. Man kann regelrecht hören, wann die Zimmernachbarn ihr Ladegerät in die Steckdose stecken. Wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne haben kann, bleibt wohl das größte Rätsel.

Die Location ist ausgezeichnet. Die jenigen die es entspannt und gemütlich haben wollen ,werden hier auf Ihre Kosten kommen.Das Hotel ist super und hat eine geniale Aussicht aus dem 8.Stock aufs Meer. Sauberkeit ist hier groß geschrieben und die Kellner/Kellnerinnen im Bar/Restaurant sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Ist ein abgespieltes Team mit hoher Qualität. Im Restaurant finden so viele unterschiedliche Speisen ,dass habe ich noch nie erlebt. Von Burger, Pizza, Schnitzel , Salat bis zu kalten Getränken Cocktails und Milkshakes haben die alles da. In der Nacht können Sie unten im Bar Bereich entspannt noch eine Shisha mit Freunden rauchen und Fussball Match anschauen. Ich würde am Liebsten 10 Sterne für das Hotel geben. Wir kommen wieder 😀

- Macity war ein Raucherzimmer - Geruch, alle Zimmer riechen nach rauch. Zimmer wurden nur gereinigt wenn verlangt war auch dann nur zur hälfte wirklich nur das nötigste. aus dem Restaurant habe ich eis bestellt wurde auch geliefert, aber stink frech 15 YTLira für eis verlangt. als ich das bei Empfang meldete meinten sie Restaurant gehöre nicht zum Hotel Betrieb.

Good price and good sized room. However there were many things we did not like. There is smoking allowed in all parts of the building contrary to laws. Our evening meal and breakfasts were eaten in a smoky environment with smokers freely smoking on all tables. Our room smelt of smoke even though we expected a non-smoking room. There were "burn holes" on the bed coverings. The drawers were dusty inside. The shower leaked badly onto the floor, the rolling door kept coming off its tracking and the shower head leaked. The sink did not drain well. Despite this the staff were very polite and helpful. Near to the Metro.

Breakfast need to be improved as we have seen is a limited one : no juice, no milk, no coffee, only boiled eggs, tea, bread with soupe and some cheese, salad. The staff of the hotel is very nice and they responded to our demand for room service that is not done every morning if you don’t ask
