Don't try looking for this hotel in the dark!

I can imagine that this 'hotel' would be pleasant enough in the summer but definitely isn't worth staying for more than 1 or 2 nights in October. It was so far off track that we very nearly didn't bother. The room was nice enough, very rustic in the old cattle shed, the breakfast was basic but adequate and once we knew where it was it was a good base for the surrounding towns.

Prestation loin du 4 étoiles...

Présentation loin du 4 étoiles annoncées. Nous sommes arrivé dans ce belle endroit, mais personne, comme si s'était un lieu abandonné... En regardant sur le mail de confirmation, je découvre en bas du mail qu'il faut appeler (numéro de téléphone erroné) ou se rendre a une autre adresse pour le check-in. Okay pourquoi pas... Le lieu est complètement ouvert jour et nuit sans aucune présence, sans accueil, et par la suite, les femmes de ménage nous on avoué qu'elles n'allaient seul dans ce manoir par peur de se faire attaquer... En plus notre chambre était fermé par une porte simplement coulissante avec un loquet qui n'aurait pas résisté a la moindre infraction d'un simple débutant (type porte de WC ou de salle de bain) Les photos étaient très belle sur le site et le lieu est plein de charme. Mais le site Abritel indique qu'il y a dans les équipements : le Wifi Tv une piscine le petit déjeuné Rien de cela n'était disponible dans le logement que nous avions réservé. Meme si un autre manoir a proximité dans un autre domaine du même propriétaire (2mn en voiture) offrait cela. l'annonce ne correspond pas au prestation que nous recherchions. L'équipe sur place nous on confirmé que ce n'est pas la première fois que les gens sont déçu de cela... Mais nous n'avions pas d'autre choix car les chambres du manoir avec la piscine était déjà complet. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable (vive la Sicille), mais chaque matin devoir prendre la voiture, se garer sur le parking de l'autre manoir, traversé la cour, le lobby pour enfin prendre le petit dej. ;-( Notre choix c'est porté sur un petit hôtel pour ne pas avoir a parcourir des kilometres, ne pas attendre un ascenseur,... L'accès au Wifi été unique dans le lobby (pièce de 20m2 avec bcp de passage donc on sens bien que l'on gène si l'on reste plus de 10mn avec son portable) L'accès a la piscine était encore plus une expédition car également pas dans le domaine ou nous étions (2mn de voiture,lobby,...) Pas de TV Ménage plus que limite car quand nous somme arrivé nous avons trouvé des toilettes qui avait été utilisé mais la chasse d'eau n'avait pas été tiré (je passe sur l'odeur). On a trouvé un gobelet en plastique écrasé en évidence au sol a proximité du bureau. La semaine entière personne ne l'a ramassé. Equipe du petit dej adorable, souriant, efficace (se rappelle de vos boissons).... Un bilan plus que décevant pour le prix et les prestations que nous attendions. Bien cordialement Rémi C

l'hôtel est fermer , nous avions du appeler expédia qui maintenais que l'hôtel était ouvert alors que nous étions devant ! nous avons été reloger dans un autre hôtel très agréable qui appartient au même propriétaire . EXPEDIA A LOUER UN HOTEL FERMER SANS VERIFIER !!!

Splendida struttura ma.....

Abbiamo preso una camera per due notti. Location veramente bella-luoghi vicino a quelli di Montalbano-camera carina, bagno nuovo e pulitissimo, ottima colazione anche se la presentazione lasciava a desiderare e poi....api in giro sul tavolo....veramente fastidiose visto che erano tante!!!!il personale gentile ma un pò poco attento dato che nn ci hanno detto che la reception chiude ad un certo punto e che nn rispondono neanche al tel... Per cui quasi rischiato di passare notte in macchina!....cmq darei un'altra possibilitá.... Il posto ha una bella vista, pace intorno e profumi unici!... Provare!
