The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT is at 10:00 AM or before. * Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher. DO NOT START THE DISHWASHER. * Leave the bed linens on the bed. * Rinse the beach sand off of chairs and cart.
*Place all used bath towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. *Empty all trash in the kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms and items in the refrigerator, place trash into the outside trash cans.
* Place all beach towels on the outside porch. A REMINDER, there is a $100 extra cleaning fee if rocks have been thrown on to the artificial turf and into the front water fountain.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO PETS ARE EVER ALLOWED. If a pet is observed the guest will be immediately asked to leave, with a $1,000 deep cleaning fee required.
No sand allowed use the outdoor shower or two hose stations to rinse off all the sand, then proceed to the indoor showers. Causes extra cleaning

Our family of eight adults were very comfortable in this beautiful home. Tammy was a great host and communicated very well about everything. Note that the three queen/king bedrooms upstairs have their own en-suite bathrooms, but there is not a common bathroom on the second floor. Overall it was the perfect home for our family vacation!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Beautiful and spacious house! Tammy was a wonderful host! Prompt to respond and we were delighted by some yummy surprises upon check in! A great place to gather with family- we even got in some sing-a-long time around the piano! We will probably try and rent a golf cart next time!

Top notch house for Isle of Palms, SC

Great house few blocks off the beach. Great attention to detail, all the amenities included and then some. Project Mgr, Tammy is very kind and goes out of her way to ensure the experience is delightful.

Gorgeous Home

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Tammy is a wonderful host and answered every question I had promptly We were welcomed with darling cutout cookies. Only drawback is the long walk with kids back and forth to the beach. There is a wagon to use to haul things but when the kids needed the bathroom it was a pretty long hike😆.

Three generations of my family had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The host was very helpful allowing an early check-in and providing information about the area. Property was clean and you could tell it was well maintained. I would not hesitate staying at the property again.

Southern style home with Island touches, a perfect house, pristine.

The property was beautiful, incredibly clean, winding staircase with overall Southern charm and feel. Provided all of the comforts of any home, including easy access to the owner for helpful advice and assistance. A beautiful master suite with bath and shower, dual vanities, excellent shower, plenty of closet space.. Three other double bedrooms were comfortable, 2 with full bath, 2 Jack and Jills (one twin only); would recommend for a group of two to eight adults. Property surrounded by Palms and other greenery, gnat and mosquito control system. Easy walk to beach, nearby grocery and restaurants, excellent location, no tourist traffic hassles from Dunes Complex. A 5 star stay.
