The Space:

Once in the unit, the clean and fresh living room sliding doors will open up to an ocean view! The kitchen flows into the dining table that seats six and the living area with brand new couches. All of this while you soak in the scene of the Atlantic Ocean.



On the back on the unit, you will have one bedroom with two twin beds with a full bathroom in the hallway. The Master Bed has a plush new King size bed with en suite bathroom and walk in shower.

The Seagrove Community allows access to the neighborhood pool that is located directly next to the unit. The pool is open year round but is NOT heated.



Getting Around:

Within the gates of Wild Dunes Resort, the best means of transportation is by bike. The Villa is only .1 miles form the Bike Rental and Tennis Center. You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, or Lowcountry Valet.

Great spot on the beach

We loved our stay at Wild Dunes. The house was cozy and clean and the view was great. We could walk right out to the beach and watch the sunrise, or relax on the deck with a cocktail while the girls (9 and 11) played on the sand. I wish the fireplace was a working fireplace and the space could benefit from some beach items (towels, chairs, boogie board, buckets) as we did not think to cart all those things with us from Chicago, but we ended up buying a few items for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a lovely dinner one evening and enjoyed Home Team BBQ on nearby Sullivan's Island another night. The pool for this complex is directly around the corner from the condo. It's not heated but it was a nice pool. We also rented bikes from the resort and enjoyed riding around the island and spotting alligators. Overall a great stay!

Short getaway w/amazing view

After having minor surgery, I was looking for a short getaway to recoup. My priority was an incredible view of the ocean, which I definitely found at this cute condo. Even preparing a meal in the kitchen or sitting on the living room sofa, my view of the ocean was gorgeous. Super easy access to the beach with a 1 minute walk. Condo was very well appointed with all the kitchen items and nice linens I could have asked for.

Wonderful Property - Hidden Gem!

Great property! Unit is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well maintained, just as pictured. Location is perfect! Less than 20 yards from the unit to your umbrella and chairs, a quick walk to the resort for food/ entertainment, Harbor Course Pro shop and yet tucked away in a quiet low traffic part of Wild Dunes. We’ve visited Wild Dunes for years and this is easily our new favorite location. Unit was well equipped with all common needs and necessities. The view from the porch is even prettier than pictured. We’ll definitely be back! Only call out is the WiFi. If you’re planning to get some work done, an extender for the back bedrooms would be helpful.

Wonderful Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband, and our 21 and 18 year old boys. Just a few short steps to the beach and everything within a decent driving distance. The managers were very responsive before we arrived and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. Getting into the property was quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again...probably one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at.

Absolutely perfect beachfront property!

To anyone reading this review, this is THE place. Don’t even check out another property. Book now. My husband and I have been coming to Wild Dunes for over 25 years, as the children of property owners and as renters. Hands down this is our favorite spot. The living and kitchen areas are roomy, comfortable and well equipped. But the view is undeniable! That porch is to die for. And you are closer than you can imagine to the beach. Perfection! Only downside is being on the bottom floor and hearing the footsteps above, but I’d do it again!

Amazing weekend getaway

Couldn’t have been happier! Location is primo! Clean, well equipped, convenient to everything. Bonus was finding upscale restaurants and the Burger bar all within a stones throw. Wonderful Beachfront Spot

We stayed for a long weekend and loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the Grand Pavilion. We have vacationed at Wild Dunes many times and it is one of our favorite places. This Seagrove condo met our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and generally well equipped. I have found that since 2020 travelers cannot count on vacation rentals to have products like foil or plastic wrap available or to even provide a starter supply of coffee. Such was the case here. Parking is available onsite, but covered parking is not available for this unit. The parking seen in the listing photographs is reserved. The property manager was very responsive once we arrived, but not so much before that. I had questions about beach chair rentals that went unanswered until days before our trip (I asked through the VRBO messenger, and later called) They could easily have referred me to the Grand Pavilion and advised me to make a reservation as soon as possible. Once we arrived, I found that none of the local beach chair rental services were taking new requests. I happened to stumble onto the Grand Pavilion rentals and was able to get chairs for one of the three days we were there. King & Society can do a much better job with communicating Wild Dunes resort amenities and recommendations for guests when the Seagrove property is booked. I would stay here again.

Awesome Location

Can’t imagine a better beach location & beautiful property!! Had to be proactive, however, with management company day of arrival regarding gate & property access; arrived to an unlocked property w/dirty dishes. Door keypad was tough, but fine first 2+ days, stopped working, & then despite several requests for a key or a fix, we had to either leave unlocked or have 17 yo son scale the back deck & unlock from inside (4 times). Overall, property was AMAZING, management was meh.
